The Cultural Affairs Committee has partnered with the citizens of New Port Richey and the public works department to restore culturally vital areas of the city. Our inaugural project is the rehabilitation of Cavalaire Square.
Built in 1998, Cavalaire Square was created to honor the relationship between New Port Richey and our sister city Cavalaire Sur Mer, France. The square has begun to show its age and this project will liven up the square so it can once again be a magnet for cultural gatherings.
